IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE. EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED BELOW, YOU AND DOSE MOLECULES AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. PLEASE READ THE "AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE" SECTION CAREFULLY.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dosemolecules.com and any related pages, emails and services (the "Websites"), and your purchase of DOSE Molecules products. "DOSE Molecules", "we", "us" and "our" refer to DOSE Molecules. By using the Websites or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Websites.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Websites or buy from us. The Websites are not intended for anyone under 18. By using the Websites, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Automatic Renewal Terms for Subscriptions

Our 30-day and 90-day plans are subscriptions. BY CHOOSING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AUTOMATICALLY AND THAT WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE AT EACH RENEWAL, UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

• 30-day supply: 1 bottle, billed at the then-current plan price (currently $99) plus applicable tax every 30 days.
• 90-day supply: 3 bottles, billed at the then-current plan price (currently $267) plus applicable tax every 90 days.

Your first charge happens when you place your order. Each renewal is charged at the start of the new billing period and ships after it is billed. Introductory or discounted prices apply only as described in the offer. If the price of your plan changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

How to cancel. You can cancel, skip an order or update your payment method anytime at dosemolecules.com/account, or by emailing hello@dosemolecules.com. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you keep anything you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until you update your payment method.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Copper peptides work gradually, so we ask you to give DOSE a fair try. If you've used it as directed and don't love the results, you're covered.

• What's covered: your first order of DOSE Molecules, whether a 30-day plan, a 90-day plan or a one-time purchase.
• Use it first: you must have used DOSE daily, as directed, for at least 30 days before making a claim.
• Time limit: submit your claim within 60 days of the date your first order was delivered. That gives you days 30 through 60 to claim.
• How to claim: complete the short claim form at dosemolecules.com/guarantee with your name, the email you ordered with, your order number, how long you used DOSE and why it wasn't right for you. We don't deny claims because of the reason you give.
• Return required: to get your money back, you must return the DOSE you received, including the opened bottle you've been using. Once we approve your claim, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free, and we cover the cost. Your refund is issued once the carrier scans your return package. If you don't ship your return within 14 days of receiving the label, your claim will close.
• What you get back, for a 30-day plan or one-time purchase: the price of the bottle.
• What you get back, for a 90-day plan: the price of one bottle ($89). To get the rest, include any unopened, sealed bottles in the same free return and we'll refund $89 for each one.
• What isn't refunded: shipping fees and sales tax already paid on your order are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• No restocking fee: guarantee refunds are never reduced by a restocking fee.
• Store credit option: when you claim, you can choose store credit worth 110% of your refund instead of money back. Store credit doesn't require a return. Store credit can be used on any future order and doesn't expire.
• When you'll get it: we'll review your claim and email you within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Limits. The guarantee applies once per customer and household, and only to your first order. It doesn't cover renewal orders after your first one, but you can cancel or skip anytime before a renewal to avoid being charged. It doesn't apply to products bought from unauthorized resellers or marketplaces, or where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, such as repeat or bulk claims. Claiming a money-back refund on a subscription also cancels that subscription.

Damaged or missing orders. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Returns of Unopened Products

Changed your mind before opening it? You can return unopened, factory-sealed DOSE Molecules products within 30 days of delivery, separate from the money-back guarantee.

• Condition: products must be unopened, unused, with the seal intact and in their original packaging. Opened products aren't eligible for this return, but you may be covered by the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.
• How to return: email hello@dosemolecules.com with your order number and which bottles you're returning. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
• Return shipping: you pay for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, because we can't refund returns that don't arrive.
• Restocking fee: a 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refund of each returned product.
• What you get back: the price you paid for each returned product, minus the 25% restocking fee. Original shipping fees and sales tax aren't refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
• When you'll get it: we issue refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
• Subscriptions: returning a subscription order doesn't cancel your subscription. To stop future orders, skip or cancel in your account before your next renewal.

Purchasing Items from Us

Products. DOSE Molecules Copper Peptide Serum is a cosmetic product for topical use on the skin. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary. Patch test before first use and stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are under a doctor's care, ask your doctor before use.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated from your address and shown before you pay. We try to display products, ingredients and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If we find an error after you order, we'll contact you and let you continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Products are subject to availability.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, reselling or an error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment. Payments are handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge it for your order and, for subscriptions, for each renewal.

Shipping. Subscription orders ship free within the United States. One-time purchases include a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Processing times vary with demand. Due to unprecedented demand, shipping may currently take up to 4 weeks from the date you order. If your order will take longer than we'd expect, we'll email you with an update. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

DOSE Rewards. You earn 1 point for every $1 you pay for DOSE before tax, on new orders and subscription renewals paid on or after October 4, 2026. Once you have 500 points, we automatically apply a free month to your next paid order: it ships as usual, and we refund one month's price to your original payment method. That's the full price of a 30-day order, one third of a 90-day order, or a one-time purchase minus shipping. The 500 points are used when the free month is applied. Points from refunded orders are removed. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are tied to the email you order with. We may change or end the rewards program at any time, and if we end it, we'll honor free months already earned.

One-time purchases are billed once and do not renew.

Reviews and User-Generated Content

Only verified buyers can post reviews. When you submit a review, photo, comment or other content ("User Content"), you confirm that it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display and distribute your User Content, along with your first name and last initial, on the Websites and in our marketing. We don't change the meaning of reviews. We may decline to publish or remove User Content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products, or that contains personal information.

User Conduct

When using the Websites, you agree not to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights;
• post false, misleading, defamatory or offensive content;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with anyone;
• buy products for resale without our written permission;
• interfere with, hack, scrape or overload the Websites, or use bots or automated tools to access them;
• abuse our guarantee, promotions or referral offers.

Intellectual Property

The Websites and everything on them, including text, images, video, logos, product names, designs and software, belong to DOSE Molecules or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Websites for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create works from our content without our written permission. "DOSE" and "DOSE Molecules" and related logos are our trademarks.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The statements on the Websites have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on the Websites is for general information only and is not medical advice. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE WEBSITES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise that the Websites will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

Links to Other Websites

The Websites may link to websites or services run by others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse them.

Electronic Communications and Signatures

When you use the Websites or email us, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree that we may send you agreements, notices, receipts and other communications electronically, and that these satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Clicking a button such as "Buy now", "Subscribe" or "Submit" is your electronic signature and shows your agreement to be bound.

Emails and Text Messages

By giving us your email address, you agree that we may email you about your orders, subscription and account. If you sign up for marketing emails, we'll also send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any marketing email.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order-related texts from us at that number. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DOSE MOLECULES AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITES OR OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DOSE Molecules and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Websites, your User Content or your breach of these Terms.

Agreement to Arbitrate

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please email hello@dosemolecules.com first. Before starting arbitration, you and we each agree to send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief requested, and to try to resolve it informally for 30 days.

Binding arbitration. Except as stated below, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Websites, our products or your purchases ("Disputes") will be resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer rules, before a single arbitrator. It may take place in the county where you live, by video or phone, or on written submissions. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Payment of fees will follow the JAMS consumer rules.

Class action waiver. YOU AND DOSE MOLECULES EACH AGREE TO BRING DISPUTES ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire Agreement to Arbitrate will not apply.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, or seek court relief to stop infringement of intellectual property rights.

Opt out. You can opt out of this Agreement to Arbitrate by emailing hello@dosemolecules.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, address and a clear statement that you want to opt out.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which DOSE Molecules is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. Any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Websites at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Websites. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the guarantee limits, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and the Agreement to Arbitrate, will survive termination.

Privacy

Your use of the Websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy at dosemolecules.com/privacy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

Notice for California Users

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

Other Important Terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Websites. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part isn't a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example to a buyer of our business. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed and use of the Websites after they are posted.
