For marketing, including to send you marketing emails and text messages about our products, offers and news, in line with your preferences and where permitted by law. You can opt out anytime as described below.

For interest-based advertising, including to show you ads for our products on other websites, apps and social platforms, to reach people similar to our customers, and to measure how well our ads work. To do this, we may share information such as your email address in hashed form, device and advertising identifiers, and your activity on our Services with advertising partners.

With your consent, for any other purpose we tell you about when we ask for it.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, website hosting and data storage, order fulfilment and shipping, customer support, email and text message delivery, analytics, fraud prevention and IT services. They may only use personal information to provide services to us.
  • Payment processors, who collect and process your payment information directly when you buy, under their own privacy policies.
  • Advertising and marketing partners, such as ad networks, social media platforms, data providers and data co-operatives, for interest-based advertising, measurement and other marketing, including for their own purposes. Under some state laws this may be considered a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described below.
  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, bankers and insurers, as needed for the services they provide to us.
  • Authorities and others, such as law enforcement and government agencies, when we believe in good faith that it is required by law or necessary to protect rights, property or safety.
  • Business transferees, such as buyers, investors and other participants in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy or similar transaction involving our business.

Information you post publicly, such as reviews, can be seen and used by others.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies to:

  • make our Services work, for example to keep your cart and keep you signed in to manage your subscription;
  • understand how our Services are used and improve them (analytics);
  • personalize your experience and our advertising, and measure the results of our ads.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, some parts of our Services may not work. You can also limit interest-based ads through your device settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" or resetting your advertising ID) and through industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Session recording and heatmaps. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website and to fix problems. It captures how you interact with our pages, such as clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, to create session replays and heatmaps. Text you type into forms is masked and not captured, and we don't record our checkout, account or money-back claim pages. Microsoft processes this data as our service provider and under the Microsoft Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com). Clarity doesn't run in browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal, and you can also block it by blocking cookies for clarity.ms.

Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser.
